Before
A old worn our 1980's pool was stripped down and re-done. Starting with pouring new concrete walls and stairs, we used the existing shell as a forms. From there we cast new stairs, plumbing and new lights were installed. Removing all the existing older pavers and re doing all the layouts.
After
The final result was a magnificent new pool and deck for the home. A much more modern and up to date look that really became a water feature for the house. With new custom tile and pavers, the pool is now the centerpiece of the backyard. We worked with what was there and came up with creative solution to meet current building codes and not have to re-excavate and remove the original pool.
A renovation that took a old dingy pool and re-imagined it into something for a cover of a magazine.
Before
The house deck. They asked if we could envision something spectacular for their family to enjoy. We started with a large garbage area and old weeded space and began to tear it all down. Removing the chain-link fence and old stairs to open up the area for our creation.
After
The transformation from the dark space under the deck to a full cabana was spectacular. A full bar, living room, sauna and washroom was designed into the space. Along with the new pool where the old weeds used to be. Full stairs from the covered deck to the new space made this a 4 season space including the hot tub. These new outdoor living spaces dramatically changed the look and function of the house and increased the value well beyond the investment.
